"I have years of experience working one on one with clients in a clinical and gym based setting. I specialise in goal setting and have a very holistic approach to health intervention. I want to know how your brain ticks, what motivates you and what puts you down. Sure, we'll meet your goals and get you results but I'm also interested in changing your relationship with health and fitness. I want to elicit a lifestyle change so after your time training with us is over, you will have the knowledge and confidence to carry on being your best.

After working with many ‘personal trainers’ I had had enough of paying for services and seeing no results.  I lost all belief that having a long distance PT was beneficial. 


For the first time, I was asked by Charlotte about where my fitness levels were at, and what my diet was like. I was completely honest that my levels were low and I had absolutely no routine regarding my diet. After waiting no more than a day or two for a workout, which was perfectly suited to myself, I started my weight loss journey.

Charlotte was checking in on me everyday, asking how I was finding the exercises, and alternating them to my needs. She offered me professional nutritional advice, which I had never received before. Whenever there was an issue (I suffered from cramp), Charlotte took no longer than 24 hours to adapt my workouts, sometimes I would have an alternative whilst I was still at the gym. I no longer suffer from cramp, my elbow strength has improved (after dislocating it a couple of years ago), my stamina has improved, and the most important thing; I lost weight. Over a couple of months, and not sticking to my plan as much, I managed to lose almost 2 stone.

There is a clear distinction between Charlotte and any other PT; and that is that she cares about her clients and their everyday needs. She is obviously an avid, dedicated and exuberant PT.  I cannot recommend her services enough.
